Overview

The Professional Services Consultant will support clients in the healthcare technology sector, providing a consultative approach to business strategy, technology, and operations.

In Short

• Provide consulting services including client training and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities and risks related to product solutions.
• Analyze medical data and improve practice performance.
• Maintain high customer retention for consulting services.
• Consult with physician offices on software impact.
• Manage project responsibilities and create necessary documentation.
• Conduct internal training on workflow practices.
• Travel to clients for consulting projects (up to 50%).
• Participate in national user conferences.
• Engage in meetings for product education and best practices.

Requirements

• Expertise in Dermatology or Ophthalmology.
• 3 years experience training Physicians and staff.
• 2 years implementing or training insurance billing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional presence and enthusiasm.
• Able to travel up to 50%, Mon – Friday.
