Overview

As an Associate Client Success Manager at Consensus, you will support SMB accounts, driving adoption and growth while providing training and assistance to enhance customer experience.

In Short

• Drive retention and growth within the SMB business segment.
• Provide insights to customers to ensure proper Adoption & ROI.
• Comfortable training/presenting to large teams.
• Ability to proactively understand client needs.
• Manage and overcome client objections effectively.
• Monitor and respond to client requests through Chat.
• Log activities and maintain account info in CRM.
• Create training materials specific to client needs.
• Work remotely and self-manage.

Requirements

• BA/BS Preferred.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills via various channels.
• Comfortable engaging with executives.
• Understanding of different sales roles within an organization.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing).
• Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
