This role involves building and scaling the Revenue Operations function across EMEA, acting as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership and driving performance through data.

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related role.
  • Builder's mindset for taking action without perfect clarity.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and GTM performance management.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills for business problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Gong.
  • Proven track record with sales leadership.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
