Overview

Associations International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to join our Member Services team! In this key role, you will provide critical support to our client partners and their members worldwide.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service to assigned associations’ members.
  • Cross-train to support multiple associations.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
  • Process new and renewal dues for membership.
  • Manage event registration and invoicing.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule with flexibility.
  • Contribute to the success of client associations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or related experience.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Available to travel when needed.
