Part-Time DEIB Training Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Associations International is seeking a passionate and organized part-time DEIB Training Coordinator to join the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team! In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of DEIB-focused training sessions for ICF chapter and non-chapter members worldwide.

In Short

• Facilitate DEIB-related trainings and workshops for ICF chapters and members.
• Collaborate with DEIB leadership to develop training materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for ICF chapter and non-chapter members.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Maintain organized records of training activities and feedback.
• Support the DEIB department’s initiatives with administrative assistance.
• Contribute to broader DEIB efforts within ICF.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DEIB principles and practices.
• Experience facilitating training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Previous experience coordinating programs preferred.
• Previous experience in the coaching space preferred.
