Overview

Associations International is seeking a Membership Coordinator to join the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA) team! In this role, you will support AFWA’s membership growth, engagement, and retention efforts by providing outstanding service to members, partners, and sponsors.

In Short

  • Oversee membership communications and maintain promotional materials.
  • Track engagement metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Process membership renewals and manage invoices.
  • Coordinate event registrations and assist with marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and leverage tools like Sales Navigator.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to association members.
  • Respond to member inquiries promptly.
  • Manage invoice processing and oversee conference registrations.
  • Promote member renewals and new member recruitment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years of customer service preferred.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Sales Navigator and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
