In Short

  • Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all Recuro service offerings.
  • Support Recuro members and patients with detailed information about their benefits.
  • Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaint.
  • Monitor the status of virtual consultations and escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform all tasks within scope of Recuro Health policy and procedures.
  • Complete tasks as assigned by Member Services Supervisor or other leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; some college or CMA certification desired.
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service and Telehealth Experience.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexibility with hours and available to work weekends.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel preferred.
