Overview

Associations International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Meetings Manager to join the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Learning & Development (L&D) team! In this role, you will support the planning and execution of ICF’s in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings, conferences, and events.

In Short

  • Support planning and execution of various meetings and events.
  • Manage logistics, timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Oversee individual program budgets and reconcile post-conference charges.
  • Ensure optimal online conference participant experience.
  • Participate in on-site meeting execution and logistics.
  • Maintain historical records of conferences and evaluations.
  • Work closely with marketing for effective communication.
  • Plan and select menus for events.
  • Manage board and committee meeting logistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in meeting and event management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience planning international events preferred.
  • Database software knowledge.
  • Experienced with MS-Office software.
  • Association management experience preferred.
  • CMP and DES credentials preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Conflict resolution skills that enhance team performance.
