Overview

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager at Ashby, you will drive performance, efficiency, and insights across our go-to-market teams, defining strategies and executing improvements to optimize customer health, retention, and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Analyze business dynamics and improve GTM performance dashboards and reports.
  • Optimize the sales cycle by analyzing funnel conversion and sales cycle trends.
  • Drive data hygiene across the sales funnel and within sales tools.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership on strategic planning cycles.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to Sales workflows.
  • Define business requirements to improve Sales efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure alignment with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other teams.
  • Support the roll-out and adoption of new processes or workflows to the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in Sales Ops, BizOps, Strategy, or Analytics.
  • Fluency in HubSpot, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy and process quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
