Overview

This role is a senior, revenue-critical leadership position responsible for building and scaling Ashby’s global renewal function, focusing on exceptional customer experience and operational rigor.

In Short

  • Lead and scale a centralized global Contract Management team.
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) while maintaining pricing discipline.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations.

  • Ensure consistent and predictable renewal outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards for pricing guardrails and discounting frameworks.
  • Oversee complex renewal motions and negotiations.
  • Build scalable renewal processes across functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and principled decision-making.
  • Surface insights to inform pricing and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience in post-sales revenue leadership in B2B SaaS.
