• Negotiate and manage a broad range of vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Support contract management, approval coordination, database management, and reporting.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and training materials.
• Help the team get things done by unblocking problems and supporting escalations.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for various initiatives.
• Implement policies and practices for contract operations.
• Manage and meet aggressive internal SLAs in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in complex contract negotiation and management.
• 4 years of experience with Ironclad, Zip, and third-party management solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced companies valuing quick decision-making.
• Hands-on program management experience with cross-functional projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong bias for action and attention to detail.
• Proactive and highly responsive team player.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities.
