Overview

This position's primary responsibility is to lead the sales department, with a focus on growing new territories and newer sales reps. Ultimately responsible for the company's sales performance because they make decisions, set goals and lead the sales staff. This position will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. They will work closely with the sales team, but they will also work with other department heads, key clients and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct performance reviews and set annual performance targets

Requirements

  • 10+ total years of experience
  • Experience managing a variety of teams
  • Experience with finance and technology projects
  • Ability to drive results across multiple teams
  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Executive Sales Leader experience in the MSP/MSSP market
  • Proven track record for building high performance Sales Teams
  • Experience driving quota attainment
