Overview

The National Account Manager will lead the growth of ARMRA's brand across high-impact experiential and hospitality channels, managing key national partnerships and developing new business opportunities.

In Short

  • Own and grow a portfolio of national and regional on-premise accounts.
  • Focus on Travel Retail and Traditional Hospitality as primary sales channels.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute custom programs to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive revenue and distribution targets within the on-premise channel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and retail teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage account performance and reporting.
  • Support field execution including staff education and merchandising.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Experience with CPG, beverage, wellness, or hospitality backgrounds preferred.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic account management skills.
  • Business development and deal negotiation experience.
  • Cross-functional execution and program management skills.
