Operations Coordinator - Retail - Remote

Overview

The Operations Coordinator - Retail will support the daily execution of retail operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Manage overseas order processing team.
• Support end-to-end order fulfillment process.
• Acknowledge EDI orders and monitor order flow.
• Address escalated customer inquiries related to order fulfillment.
• Coordinate daily retail operations including reporting and scheduling.
• Assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with logistics and retail teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.
• Support promotional campaigns and special projects.
• Communicate with retail 3PL for smooth deliveries and returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years in retail operations or supply chain.
• Experience with NetSuite required.
• EDI experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
