Overview

We're looking for a high-level Executive Assistant or an Operations Coordinator who’s more than just organized—they're resourceful, creative, and ready to move fast when it counts.

In Short

• Handle unexpected tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities
• Coordinate swag orders and manage executive-level tasks
• Be on-call during weekends with flexibility
• Research and design custom-branded merchandise
• Create graphics for swag and internal materials
• Manage inbox triage and calendar support
• Respond quickly to messages and maintain clear communications
• Spot needs and take proactive actions
• 3+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
• Strong design skills using tools like Canva and Figma

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proven ability in swag logistics and event coordination
• Strong design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
• Comfortable being on-call during weekends
• Highly responsive and proactive
• Ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly
