We're looking for a resourceful Operations Coordinator who can seamlessly blend brand coordination, executive support, and operational excellence. In Short

  • Research, design, and coordinate custom-branded merchandise (event giveaways, client gifts, team kits)
  • Manage vendor relationships, track inventory, and oversee logistics end-to-end
  • Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials
  • Create polished graphics for swag, presentations, and internal materials
  • Edit and format PDFs, slide decks, and branded assets
  • Use Canva, Figma, or similar tools for quick turnarounds
  • Provide weekend availability for time-sensitive requests (as needed)
  • Manage inbox triage, calendar coordination, and task follow-ups
  • Handle research, order placement, and ad hoc operational tasks
  • Maintain clear communication and anticipate executive needs

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
