Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help define and evolve the visual and interaction layer of a growing digital product. This role is focused on design systems, prototyping, and website experiences, not handoff-only visuals.

In Short

• You will own how product and marketing surfaces are designed, documented, and maintained.
• This includes building and managing a design system, creating high-quality prototypes in Figma, and translating those designs into functional websites using tools like Webflow or Framer.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and ownership.
• You will work in an early-stage environment where design decisions directly shape how users experience the product.

• You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).
• Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1).

• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio showing design systems, UX thinking, and polished UI.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience building websites using Webflow or Framer.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Ability to work independently and own the full design lifecycle.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
