Overview

The Manager of Regulatory Affairs will support ARMRA's compliance efforts across product lines, marketing, and operations, requiring strong knowledge of dietary supplement regulations and collaboration with various teams.

• Monitor FDA and FTC dietary supplement regulations
• Review marketing materials and product labels for compliance
• Maintain regulatory documentation and assist with audits

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills required
• 4-6+ years of experience in regulatory affairs preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Experience in dietary supplement or pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of FDA regulations (21 CFR 111 and 101)
• Familiarity with Canadian and European regulatory frameworks is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinker capable of interpreting regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
