Manager, Regulatory Affairs - Remote

Overview

AG1 is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Manager, Regulatory Affairs to support AG1 growth by ensuring that our products are manufactured, labeled, and marketed in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.

In Short

• Partner with RNI, Supply Chain/Procurement and Quality Departments for compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external consultants for compliance reviews.
• Integrate Regulatory timelines into product development timelines.
• Manage the creation and approval of Label Specification Sheets.
• Collaborate with teams to inspect label artwork for compliance.
• Manage product registration submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with documenting processes for the Regulatory Affairs team.
• Stay updated with evolving regulatory requirements globally.
• Support a culture of Continuous Improvement.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of International Regulatory Affairs experience.
• Strong knowledge of international dietary supplement regulations.
• Experience in ingredient, formula, and label review.
• Excellent team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience improving processes for business growth.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment.
• Sound critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
