• Seeking a Manager, Regulatory Affairs with a background in the electric utility industry.
• Responsible for regulatory advocacy and providing regulatory intelligence.
• Engage in PSC proceedings to scale customer programs.
• Track trends in grid modernization and demand-side management.
• Educate regulators on the role of software in demand flexibility.
• Represent EnergyHub in electric vehicle program design.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to evaluate new business models.
• Research regulatory topics to accelerate grid-edge resource adoption.
• Foster relationships with trade associations and represent EnergyHub at conferences.
• Work with Product Marketing to create thought leadership materials.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 3-5 years of work experience, including 2 years in the energy sector.
• Familiarity with electricity industry and utility business models.
• Experience with federal and state electric vehicle initiatives.
• Basic understanding of wholesale electricity market design.
• Ability to draft and copy edit regulatory comments and marketing content.
• Experience using Excel, Salesforce, Tableau for data analysis.
• Ability to leverage webinars and social media for thought leadership.
