Overview

AG1 is seeking a Customer Happiness Ambassador to join our world-class Customer Happiness (CH) team, delivering white-glove, deeply personalized support across our most critical and high-impact customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Demonstrated self-starter mindset in a remote work setting.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all channels.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey.
  • Adaptability in high-growth environments.
  • Experience with leading CX platforms and tools preferred.
