Senior Manager, Paid Search - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and performance-obsessed Senior Manager, Paid Search to join our Performance Marketing team at AG1. This role is designed for someone with deep hands-on experience in paid media buying, optimization, and strategic testing—specifically across Google Search, Google Shopping and Bing Search Ads.

In Short

• Spearhead the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of paid media programs.
• Own end-to-end accountability for channel performance.
• Design and implement a comprehensive A/B testing framework.
• Contribute to strategic planning and monthly forecasting.
• Collaborate with the CRO team for landing page experimentation.
• Develop and present high-impact media plans.
• Partner with Engineering and Analytics for technical excellence.

• Ensure operational rigor by overseeing campaign architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing performance media campaigns.
• Hands-on experience within Google and Bing ads platform.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center.
• Experience building annual testing roadmaps.
• Comprehensive understanding of creative from a performance lens.
• Familiarity with various attribution methodologies.
• Strong analytical prowess.
