Senior Paid Search Manager - Remote

Overview

TribalVision is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead and support our growing paid search team. This individual will serve as the lead strategist across multiple accounts, overseeing the performance of paid media campaigns, managing a team of two, and spearheading strategic initiatives. In addition to team leadership, this role includes full ownership of one of our premier client accounts, ensuring optimal performance of various paid search tactics and efficient allocation of a large media budget.

In Short

• Provide overall leadership, support, and training to the paid search team.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Deeply immerse yourself in each client's business and industry trends.
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies.
• Design and implement comprehensive A/B testing roadmaps.
• Stay at the forefront of paid search advancements and new technologies.
• Oversee all aspects of paid search account management.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of paid marketing experience.
• Experience in navigating high-stakes client conversations.
• 1-2 years of experience managing/leading paid media teams.
• Experience supporting e-commerce clients.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Ability to manage multi-market accounts.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets.
• Experience with Google Local Service Ads.
• Experience with advanced conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights from data.
