The Director, Enterprise Sales Americas is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in achieving new business quota/sales attainment and expanding existing accounts. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and requires interaction with various departments.

Requirements

  • Expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experience in building and motivating sales teams.
  • Strong planning and performance monitoring skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing demand generation.
  • Self-driven with a customer-focused sales mentality.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Salesforce and sales technologies.
