Overview

AppOmni is seeking a strategic, growth-focused Technical Account Manager to engage and enable our largest customers in EMEA, ensuring they achieve secure productivity with our SaaS security solutions.

In Short

  • Manage post-sales technical and functional needs for enterprise customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer teams.
  • Ensure deployment and adoption plans are in place.
  • Introduce and implement new products and features.
  • Work with customers to leverage AppOmni's Developer Platform.
  • Track accounts to identify customer risk and contribute to renewal strategies.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in customer success or technical account management.
  • Experience with large enterprise customers and C-level executives.
  • SaaS security and cloud security experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, and REST APIs.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
