Backend Development Lead - Remote

Overview

The Backend Dev Lead will have the opportunity to work directly with our lead developer/co-founder, building many new features and architecting new back-end tools and conventions for other engineers to use.

In Short

• Spend 80% of your time shipping back-end code.
• Own, build, and release new features and updates.
• Ensure code meets high engineering standards.
• Work closely with the product team on design and architecture.
• Take ownership of the development side of releases.
• Present and propose multiple solutions for problems.
• Determine optimal solutions based on requirements.
• Delegate tasks to other developers.
• Assist other developers during feature development.
• Build out and deliver on your own code tasks.
