Backend Software Development Team Leader - Remote

Overview

Collaborate with development teams and product managers to design and implement robust backend solutions. Build scalable and secure applications, including client-side and server-side architecture. Develop, test, and maintain well-functioning APIs, ensuring performance and reliability. Analyze existing systems and plan refactoring to align with enterprise architecture standards. Implement abstractions to support interchangeable source and destination systems via connectors. Work as part of agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to solve any blocking issues in software development.
• Work with team to come up with solutions to solve business requirements/problems.
• Understand and adapt Web Front End Architecture, Microservice Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Container Orchestration and Cloud technology.
• Create software architecture design to deliver functional/non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate team in Agile ceremonies.
• Understand and adapt testing methodology.
• Understand and adapt Agile methodology in software development.
• Work with L1/L2 support team as L3 to solve any production issues within SLA.

Requirements

• Experience in backend development and API design.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microservices and Cloud technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
