Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be instrumental in building & executing our customers' visions, helping them to be successful & realize value from our solution.

In Short

  • Responsible for growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing from existing enterprise client accounts
  • Responsible for annual renewal targets.
  • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Represent & advocate for the customer while providing internal feedback on how we can improve.
  • Manage post-sales activity for customers through strong relationship-building.
  • Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment and onboarding.
  • Maintain a deep technical understanding of the product.
  • Simultaneously work with multiple customers at different points in the account lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new technical content and training materials.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in the security field as a Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer.
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in the application security domain.
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Focused on customer partnership & success.
  • Advantage: Experienced with docker / kubernetes, cloud-native application, and IaC technologies.
  • Preferably, you have a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
