In Short

  • Join a global team as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to resolve critical technical issues.
  • Own complex cases end-to-end and collaborate with R&D and product teams.
  • 3+ years in technical or product support, ideally for SaaS, AppSec, or DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot across cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, SCMs, APIs, and integrations.
  • Provide proactive communication and manage customer expectations.
  • Share knowledge through documentation and training sessions.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical or product support.
  • Tier 3 troubleshooting skills across source control systems and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Linux/Windows) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and databases.
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones.
