Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support for an enterprise SaaS solution.
  • Established troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to articulate the importance of customer experience.
  • Critical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or code school experience.
  • Ability to work EST hours.
