Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Ability to manage multiple issues under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer support systems like Zendesk.
• Available to work Pacific or Mountain Time Zone hours.
