Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Orb, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Support Team and enhancing the overall customer experience while addressing technical issues.

In Short

  • Resolve inbound issues through SOPs or internal ticketing.
  • Establish SLAs for customer responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective workflows.
  • Leverage data for continuous improvement.
  • Build internal playbooks and knowledge base.
  • Become an expert on the Orb platform.
  • Engage with various personas in customer accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable writing scripts using APIs.
  • Functional knowledge of SQL and familiarity with AWS.
  • Experience with Typescript or Python programming.
  • Ability to work US east coast business hours.
