We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead our next phase of growth.

In Short

  • Own Amper’s sales strategy and execution.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.
  • Build a scalable sales organization to support long-term growth.
  • Lead and coach the Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
  • Define sales strategy, playbooks, and operating rhythm.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and deal execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Strong people leader and data-driven operator.
  • Remote-friendly role based anywhere in the US.

Requirements

  • Track record of success in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling into industrial or manufacturing markets preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence.
  • Experience leading sales during early-growth stages.
  • Skilled at both strategy and hands-on execution.
