Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Engineering and Product leadership.
• Experience scaling products from $0 to $50M+ in revenue.
• Background in IoT systems or AI/ML.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams.
• Strong product instincts with technical depth.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and set clear priorities.
• Comfortable interfacing with diverse stakeholders.
• Action-oriented with a hands-on leadership style.

Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $225,000 - $275,000.
• Additional incentive potential of $45,000 - $55,000.
