In Short

  • Lead the go-to-market function including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Grow revenue from $5M to $10M.
  • Map out go-to-market plans and close deals.
  • Own top-line revenue targets and build predictable revenue models.
  • Design scalable revenue engines for growth.
  • Lead the Sales team for new logo acquisition and strategic growth.
  • Oversee Marketing for demand generation and brand positioning.
  • Ensure high-impact customer experiences through Customer Success.
  • Collaborate across functions to align market needs with business goals.
  • Work closely with the CEO and executive team.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Deep familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing markets.
  • Experience leading growth during early stages.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and execution.
  • Data-driven operator using metrics for performance.
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence.
  • Ideally based in or able to travel to Seattle, San Francisco, or Chicago.
