Overview

Demandbase is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Enablement to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies to equip our sales team with the tools, resources, and support needed to meet and exceed their revenue goals.

In Short

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to increase sales productivity and drive revenue growth.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and retain a team of high-performing sales enablement professionals.
  • Establish and manage sales enablement processes, tools, and resources.
  • Set and monitor performance objectives for direct reports using OKRs.
  • Represent the organization in industry, institutional, and professional forums.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales collateral.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance sales enablement programs.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to maximize product launch impact.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales enablement or sales leadership within a SaaS-based product company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
