Strategic Finance Manager - GTM Finance - Remote

Overview

Demandbase is the leading account-based GTM platform for B2B enterprises to identify and target the right customers, at the right time, with the right message. We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager with a strong foundation in accounting principles to join our GTM Finance team.

In Short

• Apply GAAP principles to prepare, interpret, and analyze financial statements.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes for assigned departments.
• Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results.
• Maintain and improve internal accounting controls and financial policies.
• Compile and present periodic financial reports for leadership.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Contribute to the development of accounting models for ROI analysis.

Requirements

• CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience supporting GTM functions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with key business systems like Adaptive Planning, Netsuite, Clari, Salesforce preferred.
