The Senior Data Engineer at Demandbase will play a key role in scaling data pipelines and backend systems for real-time bidding and audience targeting in the AdTech space.

In Short

Design and maintain streaming and batch data pipelines.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate data systems.
Build scalable systems with Spark, BigQuery, and Postgres.
Optimize performance and cost of data workflows.
Debug production issues and write clean code.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Software Engineer.
Proficiency in Python or Java.
Experience with streaming frameworks and messaging systems.
Comfortable with SQL and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
Strong debugging and system optimization skills.
A self-starter thriving in a collaborative environment.
