Strategic Finance Manager - GTM Finance - Remote

Overview

Demandbase is seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Manager to join our growing GTM Finance team. This role will be a trusted finance partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services organizations.

In Short

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services functions.
• Partner with functional leads to develop and track operational metrics.
• Forecast customer retention and expansion metrics.
• Own resource planning across GTM functions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Monitor and explain variances between actual results and forecasts.
• Drive process improvements for the FP&A function.
• Collaborate with Accounting for month-end and quarter-end reporting.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience supporting GTM functions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and reporting standards.
• Excellent financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with key business systems preferred.
