The Vice President of Revenue Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle of the organization, overseeing the alignment and performance of sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy.
  • Design and implement scalable processes across the revenue funnel.
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee the tech stack for sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Lead sales and customer success enablement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the tools and training needed to succeed.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales and customer lifecycle.
  • Align departmental goals and metrics for cohesive execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience integrating acquisitions and salesforce migration projects.
  • Familiarity with RevOps frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
