In Short

• Serve as a key, trusted advisor for the executive leadership team.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Develop programs to align workforce with strategic goals.
• Provide consultation on promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
• Ensure policies are applied consistently and in accordance with core values.
• Deliver compensation administration and support employee engagement.
• Provide organizational design support and assist with onboarding.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Make sound judgments regarding issue escalation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in human resources with a focus on business partnering.
• Experience in supporting complex technology companies preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies and federal and state employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
