Overview

The Client Success Executive (CSE) at Altera is responsible for ensuring robust adoption of healthcare IT solutions, maximizing expansion opportunities, and minimizing client attrition by serving as the primary contact between clients and the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client success role.
  • Experience in healthcare IT preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Clinical background preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
