Overview

The Client Success Executive (CSE) serves as the voice of the client to Altera and the voice of Altera to the client, ensuring robust adoption of solutions and maximizing expansion opportunities.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact point with clients for the TouchWorks platform.
  • Lead collaborations between client and Altera teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Facilitate Operational Plan Reviews with clients.
  • Ensure oversight of complex services initiatives.
  • Deliver client communications on business-impacting items.
  • Drive client participation in Voice of Customer processes.
  • Maintain internal client updates using Altera tools.
  • Manage complex financial or contractual disputes.
  • Prioritize work between multiple clients and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • 4-7 years’ experience in a client success role in healthcare IT.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled at managing client relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in Voice of Customer programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
