Director of Product Management – Sunrise - Remote

Overview

The Director of Product Management will own the strategic vision, market differentiation, and end-to-end execution for critical new product offers and existing add-on modules within the Sunrise clinical ecosystem.

• Lead the development and ownership of the product lifecycle for new and existing offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Master’s preferred in healthcare, business, informatics, or technology field.
• 8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years in a director-level role.
• Proven success in building and launching new product offers.
• Deep understanding of provider-side clinical workflows and patient experience best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and emotional intelligence.
• Extensive experience with patient engagement strategies.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
• Significant prior experience mentoring product managers and analysts.
