Overview

The Growth Business Leader is responsible for organizing, directing, and integrating multichannel distribution strategies and change initiatives within an assigned territory to aid in driving profitable growth.

  • Coaches sales leaders to drive market level results.
  • Facilitates field feedback loops to improve communication.
  • Coordinates best practices for sales meetings.
  • Supports execution of field tactics based on trend data.
  • Participates in Channel/Provincial business reviews.
  • Organizes and follows up on meetings.
  • No supervisory duties.
  • Promotes innovative thinking and teamwork.

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
  • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred).
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (Preferred).
  • Ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales operating models.
  • Highly advanced conflict management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to improve business outcomes.
  • Ability to lead change effectively.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
