Overview

The Total Loss Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, damages, and adjusting and negotiating claims within the limit of authority.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 2 or more years of experience in claims adjusting (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and potential property damage.
• Understanding of subrogation and fraud management.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
