Project Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Project Business Analyst is accountable for leading all aspects of multiple low/medium complexity projects, managing projects with a low/medium level of risk and complexity.

In Short

• Lead multiple low/medium complexity projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents and Use Cases.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and workshops.
• Develop process flows, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.
• Work closely with QA and development teams.
• Assess and report project health and status.
• Engage stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation.
• Drive project execution and success factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience (Preferred).
• Prior Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience (Preferred).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools.
