In Short

  • The National Account Manager will be responsible for pursuing new business, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, setting appointments and selling the value of AEI.
  • Research new accounts and attend local networking events to obtain client leads.
  • Maintain client satisfaction by understanding AEI's technical capabilities and client needs.
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals.

Requirements

  • Previous business development experience within the commercial real estate, commercial financial lending, or due diligence industries and an existing book of business required.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and thorough working knowledge of business markets.
  • Sells profitable work and develops positive collaborative relations with technical staff.
  • Manages a minimum of $500,000 - $1 million in annual revenue.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales and goal oriented.
  • Competitive attitude with demonstrated achievements in business.
  • Exemplary customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to remain detail-oriented while working at a fast pace.
  • Proven ability to proactively develop client relationships utilizing outside selling techniques.
