Senior Project Manager - Environmental Due Diligence - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager within AEI’s Due Diligence division will perform various environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate.

• Perform environmental reviews and field investigations.
• Conduct state and federal regulatory program file reviews.
• Manage environmental due diligence projects for commercial real estate.
• Required experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must be a self-starter and resourceful.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field required.
• Active AHERA certification preferred.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in environmental due diligence.
• Experience with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae ESA projects preferred.
• Strong writing and multi-tasking skills required.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Must have OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification preferred.
