Overview

The Senior Project Manager within AEI’s Building Assessment division is responsible for performing complex Property Condition Assessments of existing commercial properties, monitoring new construction or renovation projects, and assisting with energy and ADA audits.

Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in forensic assessments
• 2+ years of experience performing PCAs
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Knowledge of construction delivery methods
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel if necessary
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Registered Architect (R.A.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
